The cottage has been beautifully decorated and comprises of 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, Lounge/kitchen diner and outside seating area.

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge/kitchen dining area. This cosy area has a stable door at the entrance and has been beautifully furnished with leather corner sofa, painted wooden floor, exposed beamed ceiling, wooden window shutters, electric log burner, bench style table with bar stools and modern fitted kitchen with built in fridge, hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. On the first floor there is a quirky twin bedroom, with painted wooden floor, wooden window shutters and exposed beams. There are two comfortable single beds, dressing table, large wardrobe and views to the beach below. Sky TV & Netflix.

Also situated on the first floor is the bathroom which has been tastefully decorated and has exposed wooden beams. Bath with shower and shower screen, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Stairs then lead up through a separate door to the top floor where there is a spacious Master Bedroom with superb views of the beach below and across the harbour and over to the West Cliff. This bedroom is beautifully furnished with a solid wood double bed, dressing table, built in wardrobe and cosy seating area with rocking chair. Sky TV and Netflix.

Outside there is an indoor and outdoor seating area, ideal for a breakfast ‘cuppa’ or evening glass of wine!
